Good Shepherd Microfinance is a world leader in financial inclusion products, services and advisory. We offer fair and affordable financial programs to people on low incomes and advisory services for governments, businesses and other organisations. As a part of this exciting work, the Innovation and Marketing team are helping us to take social change to the next level by increasing awareness of our incredible programs among people on low incomes and leading the broader discussion of economic wellbeing here and overseas.


What will be your key focus?

Reporting to the General Manager – Marketing and Innovation, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of a comprehensive marketing campaigns program to increase the reach of our key financial inclusion programs while also reinforcing the credibility of Good Shepherd Microfinance’s brand. The marketing function is responsible for delivering all campaign activity, including campaign strategy, creative development and evaluation, as well as supporting communications in partnership with the Communications Lead.


What will you need to succeed?

  1. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing
  2. Strong campaign management skills with experience in planning, executing and measuring cost effective marketing campaigns
  3. Expertise in digital marketing including websites, social media, SEO, SEM, CRO, CRMs, analytics, advertising and email marketing
  4. Proven capacity to influence and manage a diverse range of stakeholders
  5. A flair for creativity and innovation with the ability to push the boundaries and try new things
  6. The capacity and commitment to work in alignment with the values of Good Shepherd Microfinance
