Good Shepherd Microfinance is a world leader in financial inclusion products, services and advisory. What will be your key focus?

The People & Culture Team partners with all teams across Good Shepherd Microfinance and works closely with all managers. This role has been created in response to the growth and development of our work. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the recruitment and on boarding of talented and skilled employees to enable our strategic goals; lead a review of safety practices across all parts of the organization and coordinate and support other aspects of the employee life-cycle for our high performing team with heart.

What will you need to succeed

  1. Tertiary qualifications in human resources
  2. Demonstrated success providing in-house recruitment/talent acquisition services
  3. Highly articulate with well-developed verbal and written communication skills and the capacity to influence
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to perform work to a high standard of excellence
  5. Demonstrated success in planning and implementing projects, experience working on safety and wellbeing projects preferred
  6. The capacity and commitment to work in alignment with the values of Good Shepherd Microfinance
