Why financial resilience is more important than ever

This panel at the 2016 National NILS Conference discussed a new framework developed by the Centre for Social Impact and NAB to measure financial resilience across the Australian population. It also look at some of emerging issues in this area such as the financial security of older women.

Hosted by Money Magazine’s Effie Zahos, the panel included:
Professor Kristy Muir, Director of Research at the Centre for Social Impact, Elliot Anderson, Community Finance & Development at NAB, and Mary Delahunty, General Manager – Business Development & Policy at Hesta.

The 2016 National NILS Conference, held at Adelaide Oval over the 7th and 8th of June, was attended by 300 delegates working in the area of inclusive finance, including representatives from the not-for-profit, business and government sectors.
